  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    Orders are shipped and processed 5 days a week. If an order is placed on the weekend the next processing day would be the following Monday. Orders are shipped within the U.S.A. only.
  • RETURNS
    All of the items on this page are donated. Our staff carefully sorts through all of the new and gently used items, then the approved items get posted for sale. Please look carefully at all of the posted pictures and check the sizes before completing the purchase. All sales are FINAL, so there are NO RETURNS. All items are sold "AS IS".
  • TRACKING YOUR ORDER
    Once an order is processed an email will be sent confirming your purchase. Once the item or items are shipped you will then receive another email with the tracking information. If an email is not received within 24 hours please feel free to contact our team through our contact page.
  • Shipping Rates
    Shipping rates will be auto-populated when an order is placed. The price is based on the zip code provided where the item is to be shipped.
  • Sales Taxes
    Sales taxes are auto-populated based on the shipping address that is entered. They are based on the state tax rates established in each specific county.
